The irrigation water and drainage services we provide have helped create a diverse and highly productive agricultural region known as the Murrumbidgee Irrigation Area (MIA). About the role
Murrumbidgee Irrigation is seeking a Communications Officer to join our People and Culture team.
Working closely with the Communications Coordinator, key accountabilities include:

- Maintaining and updating MI's website and intranet
- Liaising with and maintaining positive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Working collaboratively to support the broader People & Culture team
- Supporting the coordination of key events
- Producing a range of media material including images, video and audio content.
- Monitoring social media accounts and creating content
- Contributing ideas to communications and marketing campaigns
- Responding to communications queries via phone, email or social media
