4% allocation enhancement

Allocation enhancements are issued from water efficiency savings to support productive agriculture in the region.

This 4% enhancement will be automatically credited to customers’ accounts on 3 September 2024.

Eligible customers are irrigation customers (excluding Towns and S&D customers) who have more than 250DEs and who have paid their annual accounts or are in an approved payment arrangement.
